The JK Starley Bicycle Campaign (JKSB) is a project of the Coventry Cycling Campaign - Coventry Cyclist . JKSB's main goal is to realise a contemporary art installation for the City of Coventry, UK that will:

i) Celebrate bicycle evolution, including John Kemp Starley's development of the Rover Safety Bicycle;

ii) Promote current & future bicycle projects in a dynamic and innovative way.

Using anamorphic projections, the installation will display current and upcoming bicycle technologies/ innovations / statistics from around the world. Certain projections will update in real time, with part of the data being fed from a dedicated server, via an application that would aggregate various statistics in real time from the web.

The bicycle art installation will provide a platform for the technical innovations and engineering accomplishments that have shaped our cycling heritage and could help inspire future cycling cultures.
